Description:
A company in the UAE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with 2–3 years of relevant experience who are ready to join immediately or within October 2026.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidates with purchasing, procurement, or marine industry experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial documents and assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Support purchasing and procurement-related accounting activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or the marine sector will be an added advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or Sharjah are preferred.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Sharjah office with work-from-home flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial record management.
• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Reconciliation, documentation, and accounting procedures.
