GCC Filings is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join its Dubai office. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who not only understands financial compliance but also enjoys managing client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients based in Dubai, ensuring that all financial and compliance matters are handled efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with the back-end operations team in India, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for Dubai-based clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and the internal back-end team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, ESR, and FTA regulations.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and compliance setup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related academic background.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, ESR, and FTA requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
