Description:
Hafilat Industry LLC is inviting applications for the position of Accounts Clerk to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of accounting experience who are eager to build their careers in the manufacturing and transportation industry.
The selected candidate will support the finance department by maintaining accounting records, processing invoices and payment documents, and assisting with daily accounting activities. Individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and perform accurate data entry.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment-related documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain records of vehicle-related expenses, spare parts, and transportation costs.
• Support the accounts team with daily financial operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of accounting records.
Requirements:
• Fresher to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of invoices, payment records, and data entry.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
