Description:
Binary Consultants is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with practical experience in financial operations who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, and accounting software. Candidates with UAE or GCC experience and knowledge of UAE tax regulations will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Process financial transactions and support bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare reports and assist with account reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Support VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• UAE or GCC accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA regulations is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting processes and bookkeeping
• Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA compliance
