We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant (Construction – Site Based)
Rals Contracting is urgently seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant with mandatory on-site construction experience to support site-based financial operations in Umm Al Quwain. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on exposure to managing accounts directly at construction project sites and can work independently with accuracy and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities at the construction site
- Manage petty cash, site expenses, and cost tracking
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Maintain accurate ledgers, financial records, and supporting documents
- Coordinate regularly with the head office for financial reporting and audits
- Assist in budget monitoring and expense control at site level
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in on-site construction accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a site-based environment
