AL JIC General Trading LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will support various accounting functions, including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payment documentation, and financial record maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Process purchase invoices and sales invoices accurately within the ERP system
• Maintain accounting records and ensure financial transactions are properly documented
• Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when required
• Prepare and process payment vouchers and supporting documentation
• Record and monitor accruals, provisions, and fixed asset transactions
• Support month-end and periodic accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial controls
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and verify financial information
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining organized accounting documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes
• Ability to process purchase and sales invoices within an ERP environment
• Experience handling bank reconciliations and payment vouchers
• Understanding of accrual accounting, provisions, and fixed asset records
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
