Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks and disputes across multiple payment platforms
- Analyze transaction data, receipts, and communication records to build strong cases
- Prepare and submit compelling representments and rebuttals within required timeframes
- Monitor chargeback trends to identify fraud risks and operational gaps
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve disputes efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of all chargeback cases and outcomes
- Stay updated on card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and industry best practices
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud prevention
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with card network regulations and dispute resolution procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with chargeback platforms and CRM tools is a plus
