Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve chargebacks and disputes across multiple payment platforms
  • Analyze transaction data, receipts, and communication records to build strong cases
  • Prepare and submit compelling representments and rebuttals within required timeframes
  • Monitor chargeback trends to identify fraud risks and operational gaps
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve disputes efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all chargeback cases and outcomes
  • Stay updated on card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and industry best practices
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud prevention
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with card network regulations and dispute resolution procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with chargeback platforms and CRM tools is a plus
