Kickstart Accounting, Inc. is seeking a motivated and client-focused Accounting Strategist to join our CFO Services team. The Accounting Strategist acts as a trusted advisor, blending accurate bookkeeping with strategic financial guidance, helping clients understand their financial position, improve profitability, and confidently plan for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses
• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities
• Lead impactful client interactions via Zoom, tracking KPIs and providing actionable recommendations
• Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with clients’ goals
• Contribute to process improvements internally and for clients
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting for multiple clients
• Success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-oriented environment
• Strong financial analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
