Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile multiple high-volume escrow bank accounts efficiently
- Review and initiate large volumes of wire transfers
- Approve real estate contracts and manage earnest money escrow funds
- Record and transfer daily revenue accurately
- Set up title expense payments and handle various accounting tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
Candidate Profile:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines while adhering to departmental procedures
- Demonstrates strong customer service abilities
- Experience in title companies or the mortgage industry is a plus
