Davies North America – Accounting Coordinator (Remote)

Davies North America is seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting Coordinator to support our claims and accounting operations team. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to be part of a global professional services firm dedicated to innovation, risk management, and operational optimization in the insurance and regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage billing transactions for clients accurately
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and resolve outstanding billing issues
  • Apply cash payments as required within the billing system
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance
  • Set up and maintain Excel spreadsheets or use accounting software to monitor metrics and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports
  • Assist with special projects and other accounting or clerical duties as assigned by management

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with client-specific procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer/office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
