Builders Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company’s financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry to maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed
Requirements:
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
• 1+ years of accounting experience, with focus on Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills with understanding of cash flow principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
