AI Jobs is seeking a skilled Accounting Associate to support a global leader in AI training data. In this role, you will leverage your accounting expertise to evaluate, refine, and enhance AI-generated reasoning across advanced accounting scenarios. Your contributions will help improve the performance and accuracy of AI models used by top technology companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine complex accounting problems and prompts to test AI reasoning.
- Develop grading rubrics that define correct and complete solutions.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
- Write model answers and provide constructive feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Review and rank AI “chains of thought” for clarity, correctness, and methodology.
Requirements:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
- Expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: Up to $10,000/month
- Schedule: Fully flexible, 5–10 hours per week (up to 40 hours)
