Description:
Prudential Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join the US Service team, supporting the Cash & Financial Control Teams. This remote position offers the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across multiple departments within a leading financial services institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily wire input and approvals
• Perform account reconciliations and manage various cash activities
• Handle suspense functions and prepare General Ledger vouchers
• Maintain accurate records supporting the Annuities & Life businesses
• Participate in accounting projects and cross-functional team meetings
• Communicate effectively with business areas at all levels
• Follow EST time zone schedule with daily rotations until 5:10 PM
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of accounting experience with solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively
