About Us:
BLUE DIAMOND HEAVY EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY SPARE PARTS TRADING LLC supplies excavator attachments, piling tools and construction machinery parts. We’re a growing operation based in Al Quoz and are looking for a hands-on Accountant & Warehouse Coordinator who can manage both the finance side and day-to-day warehouse activities. This role is suited to someone organised, practical and available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock control, inventory checks and organisation of incoming/outgoing goods.
- Prepare and process customer and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle VAT returns and Corporate Tax return preparation in line with UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and produce routine financial reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both accounting and warehouse management.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally experience preferred).
- Good communication, record-keeping and organisational skills.
- Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
