Description:
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join a growing perfume business in UAQ. The ideal hire will bring solid hands-on experience in sales accounting, cash collection, and both accounts receivable and payable processes — preferably with exposure to the perfume or fragrance industry.
Key Responsibilities & Profile:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Post and reconcile general ledger entries and support month-end closing tasks.
- Oversee cash collection activities and follow up with customers to ensure receivables are collected on time.
- Handle sales accounting tasks, ensuring invoices and sales records reconcile with collections and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Candidates with practical experience using Odoo ERP will be preferred.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license — applications without a license will not be considered.
- Candidate should be based in UAQ or willing to relocate to UAQ.
