📢 We’re Hiring: Accountant – Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Industry
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to become an integral part of our team in the MEP and Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor and client accounts.
- Prepare, review, and process invoices, LPOs, and payment certificates efficiently.
- Handle payroll processing, including overtime calculations and employee settlements.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow analysis, and budgets.
- Maintain bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with VAT regulations, filing requirements, and documentation.
- Monitor project costing, track job-wise expenses, and manage revenue reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage general voucher operations and assist in preparation of final settlements.
- Conduct collections and follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
- Uphold compliance with internal policies and UAE accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional accounting experience in the MEP or construction industry.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
