Description:
We are urgently hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. This role involves managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple accounting tasks in a structured work environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and financial activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
