Role Description:

• Full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Sharjah.
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, assist with budgeting, and support compliance with accounting policies.
• Perform bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable tasks, and bank reconciliations.
• Support audits, tax filings, and monthly/annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ledgers and record all financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts; manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and management reports.
• Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Experience preparing financial statements and budgets.
• Knowledge of accounting policies, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in trading or retail industry is an advantage.
