Description:

Royse Furniture Industries LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting operations within the joinery, furniture manufacturing, construction, or broader manufacturing sectors. Immediate joiners and candidates on a visit visa are preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and daily accounting activities while ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company procedures. The role requires close coordination with multiple departments to support smooth financial operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances

• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting

• Maintain petty cash records and track company expenses

• Support audit requirements and compliance-related activities

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams on financial matters

• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and filing of accounting transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience

• Previous experience in Joinery, Furniture Manufacturing, Construction, or Manufacturing industries is preferred

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software applications

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively

• Immediate availability or ability to join quickly is preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Financial reporting and month-end closing procedures

• Accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Audit support and compliance processes
