Description:
A reputable company in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Accountant Cum PRO to join its team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong accounting expertise and practical knowledge of UAE government procedures related to employment and immigration.
The selected candidate will manage accounting responsibilities while handling PRO-related tasks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Applicants with experience in the construction or technical services sector will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle UAE PRO functions, including visa, labour, and immigration documentation.
• Process MOHRE-related applications and government approvals.
• Prepare reports and maintain accounting records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with government departments to ensure timely document processing.
• Support administrative and compliance-related activities as required.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and PRO activities within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of UAE PRO procedures.
• Experience with MOHRE, Immigration, visa, and labour processes.
• Construction or technical services industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE accounting principles.
• MS Excel and financial reporting.
• UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Immigration, and visa procedures.
