Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Native Arabic Speaker) to join our UAE-based finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and the ability to independently manage daily financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.
This role requires a professional who is well-versed in UAE accounting standards and capable of handling complete accounting cycles, financial reporting, and compliance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
• Handle bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
• Assist in VAT preparation, filing, and compliance requirements
• Generate financial reports and assist in management reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Support general ledger maintenance and accounting accuracy
Requirements:
• Must be a Native Arabic speaker (mandatory requirement)
• 3–4 years of accounting experience within the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and financial procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Good understanding of VAT filing, GL, AP, AR, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Prior experience in UAE-based companies is highly preferred
