We’re Hiring: Accountant & Leasing Agent — Sharjah, UAE
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Accountant & Leasing Agent to join our team in Sharjah. This hybrid role combines core accounting duties with hands-on leasing and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organised, client-facing, and comfortable managing both financial controls and tenant interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Accounts Receivable & Payable: Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and follow up on outstanding rent and fees.
▪ Financial Control & Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile accounts, and produce periodic financial reports for management.
▪ Leasing Operations: Handle tenant enquiries, arrange property viewings, manage lease documentation, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
▪ Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous service to tenants and landlords; resolve queries and maintain positive relationships.
▪ Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, update databases, and support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements & Skills:
▪ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and real estate/leasing.
▪ Strong hands-on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
▪ Proven capability in financial control, reconciliations, and report preparation.
▪ Native Arabic speaker with a good command of English.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
▪ Professional appearance and strong time-management and organisational skills.
▪ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
