Hiring: Accountant – General Ledger (FM Industry)
A well-established organization within the Facilities Management sector is seeking an experienced Accountant – General Ledger to join its finance team in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals with solid hands-on experience in GL accounting and a strong background working within FM operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage the general ledger related to Facilities Management operations
• Record journal entries accurately and handle month-end and period-end closing activities
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, vendor balances, and site-related accounts
• Monitor and track costs, accruals, and provisions linked to FM contracts
• Assist in preparing financial reports and provide support during audits and reviews
