Description:
Royal X Drive Auto Services LLC, located in Al Quoz, Dubai, is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day finance operations with a focus on UAE VAT compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can handle routine bookkeeping, statutory requirements, and support month-end close activities while helping maintain clear financial records for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting ledgers, journals, and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Manage UAE VAT accounting and assist in the preparation of accurate VAT returns.
- Process payroll and associated statutory filings and records.
- Carry out bank and account reconciliations and support month-end closing tasks.
- Prepare routine financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist during internal or external audits and ensure supporting documentation is organised.
- Liaise with other teams to resolve transactional queries and improve financial controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to VAT and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
