Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accountant to join our expanding team in the UAE. This role covers routine accounting duties and supports month-end processes, payroll, and VAT compliance while working closely with management to keep financial records accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and produce regular reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and monitor employee expenses.
- Support preparation of VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Maintain clear documentation and orderly filing of accounting records.
- Work with management on basic financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE; entry-level candidates with basic knowledge will be considered.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT rules and accounting standards is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
