Job Overview: High Five Food Stuff Trading LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Warehouse 2, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support reporting and audit processes, and help safeguard the company’s financial integrity. This role is suitable for someone who works methodically and communicates clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including timely invoice processing and collections.
- Prepare financial reports and assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities to assist management planning.
- Use accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting and transaction recording (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
