Description:

Position Title: Accountant for Supplier and Client Relations, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai, Ferrotrans

Required Education: Higher or specialized secondary education in accounting, economics, or finance from a reputable university

Required Experience: Previous experience in Public Relations (PR) preferred; experience as an accountant

Complete JD:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Organize and maintain confidential files
• Assist in coordinating high-level meetings
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Undertake special projects as directed
• Manage transactions with suppliers and clients
• Process and account for primary accounting documents (invoices, contracts, delivery notes)
• Conduct payments and monitor cash receipts
• Prepare reports on settlements with counterparties

Any Further Details:

• Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate B2 or higher); Russian or Chinese is a plus
• Official employment (visa and medical insurance) per UAE legislation
• Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
