Description:
Ember Enablement Consulting (ENCPS) is looking for an experienced Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with UAE experience who have strong knowledge of financial operations, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and record daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer balances.
• Prepare payroll calculations and coordinate salary payments through the WPS system.
• Monitor company expenses, petty cash, cash flow, and project-related costs.
• Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filings, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain complete financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS processes.
• Practical experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in manpower, contracting, trading, or industrial services is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE and preferably available for immediate joining.
Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS processes.
• Accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
