Description:
Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are looking to build their careers in a professional and dynamic work environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare client invoices, statements of account, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process payroll and support WPS-related activities.
• Assist with project/job costing and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Experience in FM, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting industry is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Bank and supplier reconciliation.
• Payroll and WPS processes.
• Project/job costing and management reporting.
