Description:
Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and professional work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare client invoices, statements of account, and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and support WPS-related activities.
• Assist with project/job costing and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Experience in FM, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Bank and supplier reconciliation.
• Payroll and WPS processes.
• Project/job costing and management reporting.
