Description:
An established company in the UAE is looking to hire a skilled Accountant to strengthen its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with practical accounting experience who are confident in handling day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
The successful candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, and UAE VAT compliance. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Maintain inventory accounting records and support stock-related financial reporting.
• Prepare and assist with UAE VAT calculations, filings, and compliance.
• Generate financial reports and maintain documentation using ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial processes.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Practical experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and inventory accounting.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel
• ERP Software
• Financial reporting and accounting procedures
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
