Description:
LEDONE Audio Visual Events LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Accountant to become a valuable member of its expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, ensuring VAT compliance, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
• Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Monitor company cash flow and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Support budgeting activities and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors and maintain organized financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Previous accounting experience in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience within the events or audio-visual industry will be considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts payable and receivable processes.
• VAT reporting and UAE accounting regulations.
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting software.
