A reputable organization is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and perform detailed financial analysis.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and enhance finance processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
• Create dashboards, reports, and financial insights for management teams.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial planning and business decision-making.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of professional accounting and finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and complex functions.
• Experience using Sage accounting software is preferred.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and modern business technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
