Description:
A reputable organization based in JAFZA, Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a UAE-based accounting professional with strong ERP system experience who is available for immediate joining and capable of handling end-to-end accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting reporting and compliance functions. This position requires strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle or NetSuite Financials, along with a solid understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger maintenance
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in financial reporting and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Maintain and update accounting records using ERP systems
• Support financial analysis and operational reporting activities
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite or Oracle ERP (Financials)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and reconciliations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available for immediate joining (0–15 days notice preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred
• Candidates located near JAFZA or surrounding areas are preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP-based accounting systems (NetSuite / Oracle Financials)
• Financial reporting and management reporting
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Bank reconciliations and month-end closing
