Description:
Circadia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join their team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are ready to take on a dynamic accounting role involving financial record management, compliance, and reporting. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and financial regulations. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform invoice processing and general ledger entries in line with internal controls
• Cross-check and verify invoices against inventory records and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely processing of payments to both internal departments and external vendors
• Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping
• Monitor and manage bank cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Prepare and provide required documentation for VAT and Corporate Tax filings
• Support bank reconciliation processes and clearing of accounts
• Carry out additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
• Immediate joining is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
