Description:
Nature Lean World is currently hiring a detail-focused and experienced Accountant to support its financial operations and ensure accurate reporting across all accounting activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and assisting with day-to-day accounting functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. You will also contribute to budgeting, reporting, and audit preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and periodic reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and company financial accounts
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in budgeting activities and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies
- Support internal and external audit processes as well as tax-related preparations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
