Hiring Accountant (FULL-TIME)
ADEX Spark Technical Services L.L.C is looking to hire a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to join its Dubai-based team. This role is ideal for a professional with prior UAE experience and a solid understanding of local accounting standards, financial regulations, and VAT compliance. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the company’s financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Federal Tax Authority requirements
- Assist with internal and external audits as well as financial reviews
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role within the UAE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and local accounting practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle responsibilities efficiently
