We’re Hiring – Accountant!
Join Holzcraft Machinery Trading LLC in Ras Al Khor, Dubai — a leading supplier of woodworking machinery and spare parts. We are looking for a hands-on Accountant who can keep our financial records accurate, support VAT compliance, and work effectively with ERP/accounting systems.
Requirements:
- Audit firm experience is required.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, and QuickBooks.
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT rules and local accounting standards.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks.
- Support VAT preparation and filings; ensure VAT records and invoices are compliant.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules as required.
- Work with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo/Tally/QuickBooks) to record transactions and improve workflows.
- Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation to auditors when needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple finance tasks accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with operations and external partners.
- Comfortable working in a small team within a fast-moving trading environment.
Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai — immediate availability preferred.
