Description:
Paragon Group is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant join our finance team in Dubai immediately. This role suits a hands-on accounting professional who can manage end-to-end bookkeeping, ensure regulatory compliance in the UAE, and support management with timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, manage petty cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with month-end close.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to aid business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings as required.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and follow company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of VAT, WPS, payroll processes, and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Nationality: Pakistani preferable.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
