Description:
Fairdeal International Real Estate L.L.C is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Accountant to join their expanding real estate team. This role is ideal for individuals who have previously worked in India or the UAE, particularly within real estate, property management, or brokerage environments, and can confidently handle full-spectrum accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions tied to property and real estate transactions.
- Accurately record brokerage commissions, developer disbursements, and internal office expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks related to ongoing property deals.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, account summaries, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain up-to-date MIS reports to support management decisions.
- Track agent commissions, invoices, deal sheets, and related documentation.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE accounting standards and company financial policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Prior experience in India or the UAE, with real estate experience being a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Skilled in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
