Elite Promo Marketing Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee all financial operations, including handling fixed and variable payments, bank deposits, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process payroll while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and accounting standards
- Handle VAT calculations, filing, and related documentation
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
- Monitor and improve financial procedures and systems
- Finalize payroll and manage bank transactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of UAE-based accounting experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
