Luxury Hub Properties LLC, a recognized name in Dubai’s real estate sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on UAE accounting experience who are comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping as well as month-end and year-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily accounting transactions and post accurate journal entries.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and perform reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain precise financial records in line with UAE accounting practices.
- Assist with management reporting and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong command of English — both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
