Overview:
Dynamic Logics Management Consultancy is seeking a reliable Accountant to join its team in Al Ain. This position will support accounting operations across client projects — particularly within hospitality, food production (chocolate) and boutique retail — ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with UAE tax rules.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain daily bookkeeping, ledgers and general journals.
• Prepare and organise VAT documentation and assist with VAT filing and corporate tax compliance under UAE regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare routine financial summaries and reports.
• Coordinate with operational teams (hospitality/production/retail) to ensure accurate billing, cost tracking and vendor management.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
Requirements:
• Prior accounting experience in the UAE; background in hospitality, food production (chocolate) or boutique retail is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT processes, invoicing standards and required documentation.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, good Excel skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
