The company partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms to address critical medical needs in emerging markets through private label and branded licensing solutions.
We are currently looking for a skilled Accountant to join our growing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, and support the company’s financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely financial statements
- Oversee general accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Ensure all accounting documentation is organized, compliant, and audit-ready
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for financial reporting accuracy
- Stay updated with FTA guidelines and UAE taxation laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, including UAE tax filing
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, and FTA e-portal procedures
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred
