Al Daraj Gold Factory is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Ajman. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations through effective accounting practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting reporting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with periodic financial analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain organized accounting documentation.
• Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to manage financial data efficiently.
• Assist management with budgeting, reporting, and other finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
• Malayalam communication skills are preferred for daily team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel and financial spreadsheet management
• Accounting software and computerized accounting systems
• Financial reporting, bookkeeping, and VAT compliance procedures
