Description:

A reputable manpower supply company in Ajman is looking to hire an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with solid UAE accounting experience who can efficiently manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting activities, and VAT-related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting daily accounting operations. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service-oriented businesses. The position offers a competitive salary package along with UAE employment benefits, including an employment visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation

• Process accounting entries and ensure proper bookkeeping practices

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly

• Prepare and organize VAT-related records and supporting documentation

• Assist in financial reporting and month-end accounting activities

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Support management with accounting reports and financial data analysis

Requirements:

• Prior accounting experience within the UAE is mandatory

• Experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service-related industries is an advantage

• Strong understanding of accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial record management

• Knowledge of VAT documentation and compliance requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Urdu

• Willingness to work in Ajman on a six-day work schedule

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures

• Financial reconciliations and reporting processes

• VAT documentation and accounting software applications
