𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 / 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Accountant / Admin Officer to support daily financial activities and ensure smooth administrative operations within the organization. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance accounting responsibilities with general office administration in a fast-paced work environment.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and monitor payment tracking
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and basic reports
- Maintain well-organized financial files and administrative documentation
- Provide support for general office administration and coordination tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal management as required
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Prior experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and Odoo will be considered an advantage
