Hiring Accountant & Admin – Boutique Fine Jewellery
Location*: JLT, DMCC, Dubai

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Accountant & Admin With or without a background in the fine jewelry industry can join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting: – Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciling accounts. – Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. – Handle VAT filings and compliance with UAE regulations. – Monitor inventory, costing, and stock valuation. – Process payroll and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Administration: – Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth workflows. – Manage client records, orders, and after-sales services. – Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and order tracking. – Handle DMCC-related documentation and compliance. – Provide support in scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks. —
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the fine jewelry industry. –
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. –
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office. – Familiarity with DMCC procedures and VAT regulations. – Strong organizational and multitasking skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. —
