Description:
Bin Fadel Holding is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with a solid understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and UAE regulatory requirements who is eager to contribute to a growing organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations. The role also involves supporting payroll, budgeting, and audit functions while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial records and oversee daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic financial reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Assist with payroll processing and budgeting activities.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be considered an advantage.
• Experience managing family accounts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Payroll processing, VAT compliance, and budgeting procedures.
