We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Accountant with hands-on experience in property management and real estate accounting to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing multiple property accounts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling accounting activities related to properties, landlords, and tenants. This includes recording rental income, service charges, and operating expenses, as well as preparing accurate landlord statements and performing regular account reconciliations.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records across all assigned properties. The role also requires ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and supporting periodic financial reporting requirements.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have prior experience in property management or real estate accounting. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, along with good English communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting systems are essential for success in this role.
